1.1 Webinar Registrations
Refunds for individual webinar registrations are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a full refund
- Requests made between 3-7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a 50% refund
- Requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled webinar start time are not eligible for refunds
- No refunds are available once the webinar has commenced or after its conclusion
1.2 Subscription Plans
For subscription-based access to our platform:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future charges
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods
1.3 Course Bundles and Packages
Multi-webinar bundles and educational packages:
- Full refunds are available if requested before accessing any content within the bundle
- Partial refunds may be issued based on unused content, calculated at the standard individual webinar price
- Once 50% or more of bundle content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any conditions:
- Recorded webinar access or on-demand content after it has been viewed
- Digital downloads, materials, or certificates once they have been accessed or downloaded
- Services purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or during special sales events
- Third-party services or products purchased through external links on our platform
- Administrative or processing fees associated with transactions
- Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
3. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
We are committed to delivering reliable service. In the event of technical difficulties:
3.1 Platform-Related Issues
If technical problems originating from our platform prevent you from accessing a live webinar:
- We will provide access to the recorded version at no additional charge
- A full refund will be issued if the recording is unavailable or unsatisfactory
- Credit toward a future webinar of equal or lesser value may be offered as an alternative
3.2 User-Related Issues
Technical difficulties resulting from user equipment, internet connectivity, or incompatible software are not grounds for refunds. We recommend testing your system using our technical requirements guide before purchasing services.
4. Refund Request Process

- Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request

5. Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Funds will be returned using the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
6. Cancelled or Rescheduled Webinars
6.1 Cancellation by Meloravinae
If we cancel a webinar for any reason:
- You will receive a full refund automatically within 7 business days
- Alternatively, you may opt for credit toward any future webinar of your choice
- We will notify all registered participants via email as soon as possible
6.2 Rescheduling by Meloravinae
If we reschedule a webinar:
- Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date and time
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled session, a full refund or transfer credit will be provided
- You must notify us of your inability to attend the rescheduled session within 48 hours of the announcement
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account access
- Inability to register for future webinars or services
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We recognize that extraordinary situations may arise. While we maintain strict refund policies to ensure fairness, we will consider refund requests outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis for:

- Military deployment or relocation
